چکیده
ABSTRACTIntroduction: Wound healing is a protective function of the body that focuses on quick recovery where regeneration process in hostile environment takes more time. In particular, oral cavity remarkable which wound occurs warm fluid contains millions microorganisms. Collagen plays an important role all phases healing, provides integrity and strength to tissues it very especially proliferation remodeling phases. One materials have potential related collagen broccoli (Brassica oleracea var.italica). Broccoli has regulate collagen, therefore could be alternative answer problem antiinflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial effects. The aim this research with experimental design study effects extract representation image wounds. Methods: This used 18 male wistar rats by making incision each rats’ back. These are divided into two groups, control group get no treatment, treatment treated applying topically twice day. observed microscopically 3th, 7th, 14th density fibers was measured based calculation semiquantitative score. Result: result showed tends better compared increase score group. Statistical test Man-Whitney confidence level 95% (p < 0,05) observation day sequentally p=0.100, p=0,100, p=0,700. Conclusion: applied benefits regarding eventhough there significant difference found statitistical test.

Chromosome Doubling of Microspore-Derived Plants from Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.) and Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica L.)
Chromosome doubling of microspore-derived plants is an important factor in the practical application of microspore culture technology because breeding programs require a large number of genetically stable, homozygous doubled haploid plants with a high level of fertility. In the present paper, 29 populations of microspore-derived plantlets from cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) and brocc...
متن کاملColorless Chlorophyll Catabolites in Senescent Florets of Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica)
Typical postharvest storage of broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) causes degreening of this common vegetable with visible loss of chlorophyll (Chl). As shown here, colorless Chl-catabolites are generated. In fresh extracts of degreening florets of broccoli, three colorless tetrapyrrolic Chl-catabolites accumulated and were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC): two "n...

UNLABELLED The thermal stability of vitamin C (including l-ascorbic acid [l-AA] and dehydroascorbic acid [DHAA]) in crushed broccoli was evaluated in the temperature range of 30 to 90 degrees C whereas that of ascorbic acid oxidase (AAO) was evaluated in the temperature range of 20 to 95 degrees C. Thermal treatments (for 15 min) of crushed broccoli at 30 to 60 degrees C resulted in conversion ...

In the extracts of fresh raw and frozen broccoli, caffeic, ferulic, sinapinic acids and kaempferol were identified. Boiling reduced the amounts of caffeic acid and kaempferol in both samples. The concentration of polyphenols was 2.69mg/g fresh mass and 0.96mg/fresh mass in fresh raw broccoli and frozen raw broccoli, respectively. Boiling significantly decreased the amounts of phenolic compounds...
